Hey everyone, my name is Scott Christensen. I thank you for taking the time to come to Jersey Scottie Photography, and hope that you find what you’re looking for while here! Well, after all this is a Biography, so why not get right into learning a few things about me and how I got to be doing what I do. Born and raised in New Jersey, I had always grown up around photography. The hobby soon turned into a passion and love for the industry, and it has taken me places far beyond what I could have imagined. For me, a job shouldn’t be something you dread doing everyday just to get by. So naturally, I create a fun, up-beat environment. If I can’t enjoy what I’m doing, how can anyone expect to have a good time as well?
I’m 27 years old, so I have experience in the field but am still able to capture a young and creative perspective. Established as a professional photographer in 2005, my company Scott Christensen Photography has reached new heights. Living in Jersey all my life I of course have a deep love for the state, which in turn, has lead to the change in company names. Located in Lake Hiawatha, I am very local to all the major highways, so I am never unreachable. Also being very accessible to state landmarks helps add to the extravagance of the quality I provide. If you’re looking for charm and class, you don’t have to look far.
As everyone who knows me can tell you, I am an extremely outgoing person, and am very open to try new things and explore new horizons. Have any ideas you want to bring forth? Don’t hold back. I am very personable and mature person for my age, so my professionalism can be seen as the highest quality you can imagine. I work within all ranges of photography, varying from portraits, to weddings, to even just your average nature/urban photography. My portfolio is very broad and has been built upon for many years, meanwhile it expands every day.
All clients are handled as individuals and are treated with dignity and respect. Without these qualities, a comfortable and enjoyable experience is not possible. The atmosphere I provide is one in which you will never have to be afraid and you will be free to be yourself no matter what.
